Your Distinctive Delivery
Distinctly British, your pack will be sent out post-ready and should arrive on your doorstep within 2-3 days of placing your order in the UK. We use a range of different courier networks so please be a little patient if you place your order just before a bank holiday weekend. For parcels over 4kg in weight we use UPS.
We feel that we offer good value with deliveries to the UK included within our price, especially with a weighty product like washing powder..
We offer an additional minimal cost for deliveries to everywhere else in the world and try to keep up to date with prices. If you feel our automatic web tool for calculating delivery price is inaccurate, or would like us to check available delivery prices please email info@DistinctiveWash.co.uk.
Delivery for wholesale/retail will be quoted separately. If you are interested in trade orders or bulk delivery of our products please send an email stating your enquiry to info@Distinctivewash.co.uk.
Returns & Refunds
Statutory Right To Cancel
(including CRD amendment – 13th June 2014)
As a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract you made with us within 14 days of receiving goods. This is in accordance with consumer legislation which protects a consumer should you change your mind about your purchase.
Trying our best to be Distinctive we are happy to extend that to a full 28 days from the date on the dispatch note, to get your return back to us. We will accept returns if the goods are unused and are in a re-salable condition. Tamper seals must be intact and washing powder sacks unopened. If this is not the case then the item cannot be returned unless you feel it is faulty. In the first instance we would advise you telephone customer care on 0800 298 2054. Perishables such as food items and items of hygiene concern or that could have been tampered with are excluded from the 14 day consumer legislation.
We have a really first class record of good delivery but if the goods arrive at your address faulty or damaged from transit please email email@example.com with a digital picture and details or ring us straight away on our free-phone number 0800 298 2054 and we will advise you of next steps. Damaged or defective items will be replaced. Please keep proof of postage and we will refund the original card used to make the purchase.
Credit card refunds will be made to the card used and should show up on your statement within 30 days.
