Distinctly British, your pack should arrive on your doorstep within 2-3 days of placing your order in the UK. We use a range of different courier networks and do our best to keep an eye on the tracking for you so we can let you know of problems.
USA, AND Europe
We offer FREE delivery in the UK and put a proportion of delivery costs as FREE for International orders too.
If ordering from Europe please switch to Amazon or one of our European stockists. Pret-a-dormir in Belgium email@example.com will be able to despatch to you faster than we can in the UK.

Distinctive Deliveries to other countries
For deliveries to everywhere else in the world we are reliant on both meeting required legislation and couriers. So we try to keep up to date with prices but apologise that it can be very difficult, please email info@Distinctivewash.co.uk.Customer Services.
Please bear in mind if you are ordering from overseas you could be liable for import duties in your country. No duties attracted from the USA at present but clearance docs are still required.

Returns & Refunds
Statutory Right To Cancel
(including CRD amendment – 13th June 2014)
As a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract you made with us within 14 days of receiving goods. This is in accordance with consumer legislation which protects a consumer should you change your mind about your purchase.
To try our best to always be Distinctive, we are happy to extend our guarantee to a full 28 days from the date on the dispatch note. We will accept returns if the goods are unused and are in a re-saleable condition. Tamper seals must be intact and washing powder packs unopened. If this is not the case then the item cannot be returned unless you feel it is faulty. This is because our product falls under the category of hygiene concern. Perishables, like food and hygiene/beauty products that could have been tampered with are obviously not items that can be returned and re-sold.
